Beneficiaries: Refugees and Asylum seekers persons with disabilities, Moldovan persons with disabilities

Outcome 1: ensure refugee communities, including persons with disabilities, with equitable access to informational and healthcare services.

Outcome 2: strengthen key staff and local actors with knowledge and skills to build inclusive and protective communities.

Main activities:

  • Provision of informational support to Ukrainian refugees through a 24/7 National Hotline service for people with disabilities.
  • Psychological counselling to Ukrainian refugees based on referrals from the Hotline service.
  • Visibility activities to promote the Hotline service among Ukrainian refugees.
  • Countrywide targeted support to persons with disabilities from refugee communities based on case management and needs assessment.
  • Mainstreaming disability inclusion in various sectors.
