Project goal

Increase the social inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in Moldova.

Project objectives

To provide consultancy services to develop four Supported Living Services for people with mental disabilities from Balti, Badiceni, Brinzeni and Cocieri.

Expected results

1. The staff of all 4 Supported Living Services increased their capacity in person centered support delivery.
2. 24 people with disabilities were prepared to be transferred from residential care to community living.
3. Four Supported Living Services have all documents prepared for accreditation.
